Delivery time

If not immediately available in stock,

3-4 working days from the order

It is possible to agree with our company any urgency of delivery by sending an email to info@quadriestampe.it before you place the order.

Product change

We accept the exchange of the ordered product if you wish within 14 days from receipt.

The Customer who wishes to change the products purchased has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the order.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The products that the customer can change must have been previously purchased on our site and must have been delivered to him.

The product must be returned in a state that allows it to be resold, in its original packaging.

After making the necessary checks, the customer can place a new order on our site.

If the new purchase exceeds the cost of the previous one, our Customer Service will send an integration email.

Instead, if the cost in the new purchase is lower than the previous one, Customer Service will send a coupon code that can be used for subsequent purchases.

The purchased products that have been customizations (out of normal production) and / or purchased during promotions, through the use of discount Coupons or in any case present in the dedicated categories, such as the "Discounted" category, cannot be replaced.

Return product

We accept the return of the ordered product if you wish within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.

The full amount will be refunded only excluding shipping costs.

The products that the customer can return must have been previously purchased on our site and must have been delivered to him.

To be reimbursed, the product must be returned in a state that allows it to be resold, in its original packaging.

The customer must personally return the product to us.

After the necessary checks, the amount will be refunded by the same payment method used by the buyer.

The purchased products that were customizations (out of normal production) and / or purchased during promotions, through the use of discount coupons or present in the dedicated categories, such as the "Discounted" category, cannot be returned.

Damaged and / or defective products

In case of return of products with defects or errors, please contact Customer Service for the procedure to be followed;

The claim of the product for damage / defect must be notified immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery

The dispute must be documented through photographic material and sent via email to info@quadriestampe.it
